Terms for using Sponsorlist Apply

The service

Sponsorlist Apply provides CV preparation, job discovery, sponsor signals, application tracking, and related tools. Features may be changed, improved, suspended, or withdrawn. Trial limits and paid-plan allowances are shown in the product and may be updated for future purchases.

No immigration, legal, or recruitment guarantee

The service provides general information and software assistance, not immigration, legal, financial, or recruitment advice. A sponsor licence does not mean every role is eligible or that an employer will sponsor you. Job listings, salary data, licence status, and immigration rules can change. You must verify current information with the employer, GOV.UK, and a suitably authorised adviser where needed.

Your account and content

You must provide accurate account information, protect your login, and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. You retain ownership of the CVs and other content you enter and give us permission to process it only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. Do not upload information you are not entitled to use.

AI-assisted output and job data

AI-generated text, match scores, sponsor signals, salaries, and job details can be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before using them, checking live employer pages, and making sure your applications are truthful and supported by your own evidence.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, bypass plan or usage limits, scrape or resell results, interfere with security, upload unlawful or malicious content, impersonate another person, or use generated content to make false claims. We may restrict or close accounts used in these ways.

Payments and cancellation

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe at the price and interval shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel billing from the Billing page where available, or by contacting us.

Refunds are assessed in line with the plan purchased, the digital service already supplied, Stripe records, and any mandatory consumer rights that apply. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Third-party services and availability

The service relies on external job sources, employers, hosting, authentication, payment, and AI providers. We aim for reliable access but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. External links and listings are controlled by their respective operators.

Liability and governing law

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Amsky Labs Ltd is not responsible for decisions made by employers, the Home Office, job boards, or other third parties, or for losses caused by relying on unverified listings or recommendations. We do not exclude liability where the law does not allow exclusion. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
